This wasn't a case of mistaken a cellphone for a gun, a wallet for a weapon, or a fake gun for a real one. This was at the very least gross negligence. However a police officer should know what can kill a human being and what is restraining one....

The guy was handcuffed and knelt on for 6 minutes plus. He was not a danger at that point no matter what he did up until then. ...

Maybe I didn't relay my thoughts how I wanted. With a fair trial and a guilty verdict I would hope that more than 12 years would be accepted. I was just saying that a max of 12 years with a guilty verdict of what I saw on camera would be too little. ...

I'm MAGA. I am pro life. However if the most this cop can receive is 12 years (which is what I'm hearing on MSM) that is ridiculous. From what I've seen so far that officer deserves life in prison or the death penalty
. As for the other 3 officers I'm just not sure. Not enough facts are out. ...
