Is she the only human in the world with this problem? Surely there are some dudes out there with the same condition she could meet. My biggest concern if i were her would be being able to buy a beer

That's the thing- she'd certainly turn the guy down. Women never settle for their looks-match. They all expect a lantern-jawed protagonist type, and in our simp-laden matriarchy they often get it. This chick just needs to realize she's getting Pedo-Chad.
