I imagine everything is "matured" properly, just small.
Not a Dr., but you would think there would be legitimate concerns about a healthy, normal sized baby growing inside her.
She likely has all the capability to have kids, but having them could legit kill her.

I imagine her fertility is also affected by the cancer treatments making it very difficult if not impossible to conceive. Honestly, this poor woman has been dealt such a shite hand in life, and at least she has her mother and friends who seem to really be a great support system.

At least she's using it to her advantage to make money by working the pole. I think there could be some other avenues as well.

Comprehensive medical issues like that as a child really delays maturity.
She's 22 age, 8 body and probably 13 maturity.
At 28 she'll be more like a "normal" 22.
Also, parents have a hard responsibility to help her mature - it's not an easy process. Mom and Dad legit sacrificed a ton to save her life and that brings a whole set of family dynamics issues that are hard.
Just let her grow up - it's just taking longer.
Of course TLC will be there to exploit the whole thing with the whole world tries to make her "normal".

After watching that video, poor girl. And I know she probably despises pity at this point, but that’s the first thing that comes to mind.
With that said, she’s only 22. The dating pool in your early 20s is going to be complete shite regardless of what you look like. Supermodels have to go through the same sort of things as far as what kind of men who they attract, for the most part.
I firmly believe that there’s someone out there for everyone. She seems to be smart and well spoken for the 30 seconds I heard her speak.
She will eventually find someone. Especially after this viral, enormous dating profile TLC basically did on her. Hundreds of thousands of men will be interested now.
