Actually went to IHOP for the first time in like 10 years a few weeks ago. I was amazed at how packed it was.

No. They have changed signs on restaurants and are moving forward with a new menu. Their sales the past 3 years have been flat so they are trying something new to save the chain. This isn't just a publicity stunt.
