Just ask the OB to put a stitch in it when the birth is over, more economical and better for you.

They are fine the way God made em.

Wife wouldn't ever ask.

Only thing she's ever mentioned was at one point getting the diastasis recti repaired.

She's little and I'm a big fella and my kids were all huge. She'd like to get the muscle repaired possibly due to structural integrity as she ages.

I don't like all that cutting up and fake shite. She doesn't want surgery if it's elective. Bad things can happen when put under.

I would ask her not to have any surgery because of the health risks. But, if she insisted I’d ask her not to get anything larger than “Hungus Garboons”.

She will absolutely lose some sensitivity in her nipples and othe parts of her breasts.

For some women, this isn't a big deal
For others, it is a deal-breaker.

If it’s up to me or her, I would’ve kept the naturals, regardless of what pregnancy And child rearing did.

Cancer had another plan

The new set looks like the ones from college :)

I worked with an older guy who had been through a couple wives. His advise on this subject:

Never get less than 450 ccs and whenever you decide how big you want, add 50 ccs.
