Whatever Boxster I can get for 30k. Wouldn't be only car, but could have some fun.

Going through this exact exercise right now.. need a completely impractical extra car to drive to the office 2 days a week. Basic requirements being as much power as possible for 30k. Likely settled on an MK7.5 Golf R and i’ll do a stage 2 tune and a few bolt ons

It’s an interesting car. It’s a ford so it rattles a little. The power comes in WAY too fast and the transmission shifts too hard under partial throttle. And there’s just zero traction. The traction control is meh at best. Oh and it’s loud even stock. My neighbors are going to hate me once the long tubes go on.
And I absolute love it.
I have a few parts on the way from VMP and PBD already. Just need to decide if I want to do flex fuel or not but I’m leaning towards at least being capable. I’ll live with it with all the bolt ons for a bit and decide if a whipple or hellion and Motec is in my future if leave it fob.
