Keep about $10K for immediate needs, put another $20K or so into my Vanguard money market account, maybe another $5K in my savings account, and invest the rest. Probably would go ahead and bite the bullet on getting a house as well.

I’d build my shop for around 45k then buy a SXS for around 20k, 4 wheeler for around 12k, Wilson Combat 6.5 Creed 3k, pulsar Thermion thermal 6k. I put the last 14k down on a BMW X5M competition for my wife.
