I had to endure family doing this tonight and agree with you wholeheartedly. It’s trashy. The kids got tired of watching after a few minutes, but the “adults” bought nearly $400 worth of the stuff.

I get mad at the dumbest shite. I’m a petty mfer sometimes.
But never have I been mad at a person who purchases fireworks to celebrate.
Even when the kids were babies. Even when we had dogs that were scared of them.
There are a million other things to get mad about.
Happy people- just go on and do your fireworks and be happy. It never lasts long and they look pretty. I’ll just dope up the dogs and enjoy the show.
