You mean other than Great Britain? I man, the British flag is literally part of their flag...

And then there's that little thing called the Commonwealth of Nations...

Not to mention being part of the "Five Eyes" Intellegence Alliance along with Austrialia, Canada, Great Britain, and the United States.

My first choice would be Ecuador, my second choice would be Ecuador, and my third choice would be Ecuador. Good reasonably priced healthcare, cheap mass transit, 12 hours of daylight/darkness year round, fresh fruit year round, super nice people, mountains, oceans, and amazon rain forest all within a few hours of each other, reasonably priced real estate, etc.

There are jellyfish in that water the size of your thumbnail that can kill you dead in an hour.

Would take the Bahamas over Australia all day

Would definitely visit down under though

No thanks

Nothing regarding politics, btw.

That's a pretty ridiculous stipulation seeing as politics are part of the culture and have an affect on the way of life in a said country.

Sorry, I meant my post wasn't about politics (aka, Now that Trump is president, what country would you rather live in?) or such. If the politics of the country matter in your choice, then go with that.

That being said, any of the Scandinavian countries would be pretty ideal. Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, Norway, etc etc. feels like there is less...crime...there.

I've heard really good things about the Scandinavian countries, especially Denmark.
