Waffle House - bacon and egg sw on regular toast, no cheese, w/coffee or diet Coke.

Must be prepared at an actual WH. Time of day is irrelevant.

No matter how good something is you'll get sick of it pretty quickly having to eat it every day. It will need to be something you can choke down in spite of yourself. Turkey on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato and a little mayo.
