My mom's spaghetti and meatballs. In my 58 years I've never found one that comes close.

If I have to eat it every meal from now on I’d say probably a stir fry

Kabob Koobideh would probably be something I could eat every day so long as it came with the rice and vegetables. It's not anywhere near my favorite dish but it's something that I could manage every day if I really had to.
Either that or a breakfast plate from some greasy spoon diner.

Pinto beans and white cornbread. Fresh onions for the beans and butter for the cornbread.
That's it. That's all I need.

Some kind of soup or stew. Beef as the meat. Versatile

I’m a comfort food fiend, probably my chicken Parmesan courtesy of my mom’s recipe. I could literally eat it every day. Egg noodles are the ticket

Sandwiches
That would mean ham and cheese, burgers, subs, grilled cheese, etc.
That would encompass lots of different types of food and flavors.
