I would like to snap them into productive members of society. But I know that’s a fairy tale. So yes I’d snap them into nonexistence if I could. Probably would have to do so every 5 years or so.

Yes. I guess the homeless could have really used surplus military equipment.

We spent untold trillions taking Russia down a peg, $100b is a drop in the bucket. The stimulus packages and paying people not to work upset me a lot more than exposing the weaknesses of the Russian military.
