I tell my wife all the time the old ladies at the grocery store flirt with me. Really it's just them asking me to help them reach something because I'm 6'4".

But my wife used to work at a nursing home and flirted with the old men there.

I would never try to juggle two women now. I've found it difficult enough to get rid of one.

Except for two years of college I was always a serial monogamist, searching for and finding the best of the best girlfriends. In that time frame, while I was just learning to hone and control my virile superpowers, there were these three coeds who were dorm suite-mates... Surprisingly, it was never a problem between us, as they were close friends and all knew that whoever answered the phone could get invited out and over to my place for the night. From what I was told, there were some pretty good races when it rang. Their fourth suite-mate was the valedictorian of my high school, and was livid when she found out that she had not be invited to the party. Decades later and I still get phone calls and Christmas cards from two of them. (Maybe should have gone for the rare triple, but couldn't figure that out at the time)

I’ve done it and it’s too much trouble and requires way too much lying and explaining and planning because you have to preemptively hide your social media and block not only them but all of their friends too so they can’t find you. And many other tactics. Too stressful these days. Either date one girl or be single and chase one night stands
