I would have insisted the Founding Fathers explicitly spelled out a state's right to secede in the Constitution.

While I was at it, have them spell out the 2A clearly enough even a liberal can understand it.

Make sure no one kneeled on George Floyd so when his heart exploded due to ingesting Fetanyl and meth no one else could be blamed for him killing himself.

I don't know how I would prevent it, but that detail wasn't presented in your hypothetical. So if I can simply play God, I would prevent the meteor that crashed into the earth and wiped out all the dinosaurs.

We might not exist if this hadn't happened. The extinction of the dinosaurs allowed early mammals to rise in their place.

I’d prevent the black guy who made slave ownership legal in America. Or maybe I’d kill you in your crib. Actually, I’d prevent the biblical Jews from escaping the Egyptians. JK about all of that, I’d stop that boy from fricking a monkey so that aids would never exist... I’d prevent the Aids

Stop Nintendo execs from bullying 3rd party game developers into signing exclusivity contracts to release games solely on the Nintendo Entertainment System.

I wouldn't prevent anything before I was born, because then there is no guarantee I would be born.

Probably 9/11 or the Wuhan lab leak.

Has anyone said the Saints/Rams NFC Championship game? I’d have a PI call.

ETA: I see it above.

I haven’t read any responses past the OP, so I apologize in advance if anyone has posted this, but for me it’s the assassination of JFK. His death, followed by LBJ’s Great Society set the wheels in motion for the current shite show that is race relations in America.

Honestly, I'd probably prevent the assassination of MLK.

If he wasn't killed, then the Race pimps like Jesse Jackson wouldn't have had as easy a time manipulating his message and ideology to their favor and personal gain, and would have probably changed the course of racial politics and cultures in this country.

A lot of things may have been different without that event. For better or worse, who can tell?

I’d probably prevent The Alamo.

Texas was gonna be independent regardless of the outcome and those people could have lived out their lives.

Plus, how cool would it be reading in history class that Davey Crocket took out Santa Anna with a perfectly placed sniper shot thus gaining TX their freedom?
