I'd shoot myself. As a favor to America
Damn Fr33 beat me to it.
"Ladies and gentlemen. Boys and girls... And transgendered....
I've come here to say and do one thing and one thing only.
*hits blunt*
Allahu snackbar...
*BOOM*"
The entire audience gives a standing ovation
Damn Fr33 beat me to it.

I'd throw myself into a gorilla cage, to be both metaphorical and ironic

I think what he said was everyone's instant first thought, or at least it should have been.

Then Biden would be in charge. We'd still have Pelosi and Hillary and Boxer and Reid and so on. I think that it would be more damaging to start telling the truth about what he truly believes, the laws that he and his colleagues have broken and provide evidence to it, fire all cabinet members. Then on day 2 impeachment hearings can begin and everyone else can be arrested.

I'll give you a serious answer.
If this was any other point in time, I'd probably give a different answer, but with the whole race/BLM thing going on, the outline would be something like this:
-First off, forget everything I've said up until this point
-We have come a long way as country. Less then 200 years ago, blacks were barely considered human. Now they are able to achieve anything they set their mind to. I am proof of that.
-That being said, we still have a long way to go. There are still vast discrepancies between the types of environments that our country's children grow up in.
-Government cannot solve all of these problems. Government can only do so much. It can provide support and a safety net. But it cannot be responsible for raising our country's children.
-Our society is built upon the foundations of personal freedom and responsibility. Our country's parents - of ALL races - need to rise to the challenge and accept the responsibility of the life they have brought into this world.
-We will do our best to help, but true change begins with our citizens. Our country will cease to be a beacon of freedom and economic opportunity if our citizens shun the notions of hard work, responsibility, and respect for each other.
-We need to stop making excuses and blaming each other for our faults and failures. None of us are perfect - None of us - and as long as segments of our population continue to blame another segment for their failures, our society will only grow in dysfunction.
-Hard work cannot be oppressed. Responsibility cannot be oppressed. Respect cannot be oppressed. Love cannot be oppressed.
Something like that...
There's a lot more I would say, but these are the cliffs notes.

Well little commoners and minions, but, but, but, I'm going to jump off a cliff tomorrow.

My speech would be very short: I resign.
Then I would use my pen and my phone to acquire a fleet of 747s to take me and any of my supporters to Kenya. One way tickets.
I guess I would probably have to get the jets together before the resignation so the pen and phone would still be magic.

Um, I'd probably schedule a meeting with Soros and other billionaires in my pocket for the morning of. I'd have them all collectively wire between $100 - $500 million into my personal checking account. Then I'd probably just have a nice dinner, chill in oval office, check out white house art and stuff. Hit up Camp David on Marine One. Fly to NYC on Air Force One. Never give a speech, then wake up the next morning wealthy beyond comprehension and just live the rest of my life.
