I'm going to go with Sweet Home Alabama.
How about a food? I want to say vienna sausages, but I haven't thought it through yet.
The idea is to catch as much trash as possible, while not trapping too many good people. And the field of play is the whole US; not just a region.
This can be done with drinks, tv shows, movies, etc.
