Fuel prices follow oil prices very slowly on the downward trends, but jump immediately on the upward trends.

It's always been that way.

There is a direct inverse dis-proportion of truck nuts to oil price per barrel.

Any idiot with an F250 knows that.

Because oil is traded in futures. Price of crude has to be low for quite awhile before it reflects at the pump.

If Donkey Kong didn't waste so many barrels in the 80s throwing them at Mario maybe the price of a barrel would be cheaper.
