I think you have a good point honestly. I get that there are real victims out there and Weinstein likely is guilty in one way or another. That said, a majority of the women involved in the scandal gladly did what they did at the time. Would put down big money that he didn't physically force many, it any, of them. Doubt it took much coercion either. They found a path to take out an "evil" man and grouped up to attempt it.
But to your point, men in powerful positions are gonna have to get lawyer drawn contracts just to have relations with a woman perceived to be beneath him in the future. The way things are in the country now, being accused is all it takes. No one waits for the disposition of these cases anymore. They react immediately and that's it. Its ridiculous. In the end women will be harmed more careerwise in the future. They have no "backup" to their resume anymore. Shortsighted thinking

Look I'm not saying women want to be raped, because they don't but they do want to be subdued. Evolution tells them to seek out men of power, they can't help it. That's why men who show them the respect they say they want, end up firmly in the friend zone.
Women want to be subdued and controlled. Instinctively, it makes them feel safe. They grapple with this though, because they're told otherwise.

Not guilty =/= Innocent.
Not guilty of the charges just means they couldn't prove them beyond a reasonable doubt. It doesn't prove his innocence either.
