If it did, no one would give two shits, because we would be used to it and take it for granted. If we couldn't see the moon for example, someone would be starting a thread talking about how badass it would be to be able to see the moon from earth.

Would probably have a lot of shite damaged by more rocks falling to earth. Air travel may be more difficult..satellites..

Not a planet, it's a Kuiper Belt object (and not even the largest one at that).

There does appear to be a ninth planet very, very far out that hasn't been discovered yet though: LINK

Does that put the center of each planet at the same center as the moon or does it put the surface the same distance away as the surface of the moon?
