It's probably the best stadium location relative to the city it serves in all of the United States.

Atlanta and Indy would be similar in terms of proximities to their downtowns and hotel cores.

I'd put it where that old paper mill is off of Tchoupitoulas near the convention center.

I wouldn't move the stadium to the north shore, you lose the walkability factor that is part of the Superdome's success...

I'd keep in in Orleans Parish.

Option 1 - on Canal between the hospital complex and Municipal Auditorium

Option 2 - Riverfront by the old power plant

Option 3 - air rights above the railroad tracks in Union Station area.

Lafayette. Quicker trip for most of the state and not in as big of a crime infested sewer of debauchery.

Buffalo, Tampa, Arizona, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Dallas, Miami?, Philly, San Francisco, New York, New England, Washington, Houston are all a good ways from downtown. Buffalo is small anyway, so that’s kind of an exception. Metro areas in DFW, LA, Bay Area, NYC, and Houston are so big anyway that they aren’t “away” from the people. New Orleans isn’t big enough to be in the suburbs.

this. If it had to be replaced for whatever reason, play in Austin or some other city for a few years while it gets rebuilt.

good luck moving it anywhere in the city that would negatively impact one black person or black owned business.

I've heard Indy is up there with New Orleans in terms of walkability and convenience from the stadium.

Atlanta, on the other hand, is one of the worst I've ever been to. The stadium is awesome. The surrounding area makes it impossible to leave the stadium with ease. You're surrounded by interstates and fences and have to walk ~45 minutes to be able to get a ride out of the area. Unless you're staying at the Omni next door, you're in for a rough time.

Let me repgrase - geographically, you are very close to the hotel core. Practically speaking, it's extremely difficult to get anywhere quickly because of the streets surrounding the stadium.

Also, Vegas is the worst. "hey let's shut down the interstate in the desert and everyone can just walk a mile to the stadium. That's gotta be the best way to do this." frick whoever thought that was smart.

In the same spot. Part of what makes New Orleans great for football is the dome, convention center, downtown, and French Quarter are all right there. It's why the Super Bowl is going to be great there. It's not spread out and you don't have to commute from one event to your hotel, then to the entertainment district, then to the stadium, etc.

Marta is easy as hell to get to and from the stadium. Don’t worry, you won’t die riding it with the brothers.
