Since when is refusing to sell a mismarked item to some mouthy dipshit a criminal matter??
I hope he gets cited and fined for wasting law enforcement resources on a fricking asinine customer service dispute.
Edit: Just saw the part about how honoring mismarked prices is part of Mass. legal code, but doesn’t really change my feelings ... especially when a close inspection reveals that the product marked $0.01 wasn’t the toothbrush itself. Make better use of your time, David, and maybe you won’t be so “poor” you feel the need to go to the mat over $29.99 and a piece of plastic with bristles on it.
