This may be the single largest indicator for violent crimes against people when grown up. There are extensive studies on the connection of abuse to animals in childhood/early adolescence and adult violent criminal behavior. One statistic is that 70% of those who abuse animals when young will commit criminal offenses and violent crimes against people when adults. The most telling statistic to me is the majority of inmates convicted of violent crimes against people admitted to abusing animals when young... but less than 10% of prisoners convicted of non-aggressive crimes disclosed they had a history of animal abuse as children.

Yes. He has an odd perspective for sure. But there is also a couple other people who posted that they would rather see a human abused before an animal and I just don't get that mentality. Don't want to see either but people who are more disturbed by a dog abuse video than a child abuse video are equally fricked up from my perspective.

yeah, many white people always react with more anger when a black person does something. it's just a fact.

this was a terrible act, but he didn't slaughter the animals or have them fighting to the death. i think the best punishment would be for these two to have to volunteer 100 hours at a vet clinic for mistreated animals, so they can learn and develop some empathy for them. violence and jail time does nothing to resolve the problem or teach a lesson. they've probably been neglected and hit by bigger people their entire lives.
