Its a game to random serial killers. They get off on the attention and eluding authorities.

I'm assuming he knew them. Washington State and University of Idaho are 9.3 miles apart. That blew my mind. But he easily could have run into these people at a club.

Wow. Him casting doubt on fraternity bros and wondering if it’s some part of their culture may really speak to how he feels about people in Greek Life.

Greek dudes can generally be mega douchebags and assholes but mass murderer is just another level. What he said was massively suspect and a poor attempt at deflecting towards frat dudes. That's not a normal thing for frat dudes to say, even if they're mega assholes. This was a stupid move by him unless he was trying to taunt law enforcement by calling in. Either way the DNA evidence doesn't lie.

Was there more than the 1 comment about a ceiling fan?

That one alone was enough for me

Allegedly called into. Some comments say that’s a PA accent though

Ok this is kind of insane. Link to a YouTube video that appears to be Bryan Kohberger discussing the murder. Whole thing is pretty chilling but at the end, he talks about how one victim’s screams at 3:38 am may have saved the other two roommates. His reflection appears on the computer screen.

Twitter Link

YouTube Link

Compare the voice on the video to the voice of the person who allegedly called into a true crime podcast (allegedly Kohberger also). Very similar.

Holy shite! That is wild. What a sick, sick individual. I thought it was interesting he described stabbing the girl who screamed with force because it must’ve been a “strong male.” He wants everyone to know he’s a big strong man who overpowered them

Rejection, for a sociopath, is no small thing. What may have seemed to the girl as just another brush off at some guy making a pass, became highly personal assault to the ego of the killer. I think this guy has long had these violent urges and he chose Criminal Law in order to better know how to commit crimes and not get caught.

Women who willy-nilly post their pics and sexually oriented taunts to the general public for attention "likes" and the dopamine bump that comes with it, are naive re the possible dangers therein. I shudder to think of my Great Granddaughter toward the future.

At some point, if viable society is to be maintained, the empathy gloves re criminals who wantonly murder - for whatever reason - are going to have to come off and the potent deterrent of swift and painful punishment will have to be employed for the sake of the good folk. Muh "societies' fault" or "life's lottery" nws. If the DNA is solid, this guy should swing in public within a month; sending a message to all the many psychos that our dysfunctional and unraveling society creates.

Whatever we tolerate, we get more of.

But, science wants to keep this type of person alive, to study how their mind works. We shouldn’t have to foot the bill for this over the next 20-25 years.

Doesn’t really look like him in the reflection to me. Still a creepy video regardless of who it is.

Hmm. Doesn’t sound the same to me. Podcast call in says “like” a lot. Podcast person seems like it may be him as he was caught off guard by further questions about trying to place weird blame on fraternity kids. Of course he is psycho and could be acting differently in one of the videos. Interested to see what all comes out next week.

I think the voices sound different, with the one who called into the podcast having a regional-type accent, and the one on YouTube discussing the case sounding more generic and almost lispy. Also, the podcast guy seemed like someone making things up as he goes along, whereas the Youtube one seemed genuinely interested. I think they are 2 different guys.

Also, if i had to bet, the podcast one is the real killer.
