What signs? I know it’s been widely speculated but just curious.

Its said she frequented some places in Pullman that the perp likely frequented.

what legit signs? I think so too, but me thinking so is not an actual sign.

I learned this years ago with the Jon Benet case because I lived there and was friends with many of the principles in that case. The shite people say , the theories they spin, the ferocity in which they argue absolute bullshite, amazes me.
Here you have a loser with sociopathic tendencies. He’s probably suicidal. At some point he says “ f that “ and decides he’s going to kill. It’s a sexual compulsion, a psychological obsession to kill. It was going to happen eventually, in Utah in Pennsylvania etc. he went to that house with a mission to complete. And he completed that mission, whatever that was to him. It had built and built over many years. And so he did. Had it not been them it would have been someone else next month or next year. We don’t have to understand it, he understands it. He had a decision- logic and he executed a plan. There are 100 other guys battling this same impulse to murder. And all these stupid theories do nothing to help us understand a motive we can’t possibly feel ourselves.

But she opened the door 3 times.
IDK something just seems off.
Also he was a terrible criminal for a criminology PHD student.

Regarding geotagging - is there REALLY a way to set up your phone so that only certain people can see your location?
College chicks will make their location public on snap chat. Snap chat has a map that shows people where you are down to house level. It's absolutely insane people do that.

Bingo. A dissociated sociopath kills young girls over his social issues. Its not anything a normal person would be able to understand. We have normal emotions, he doesnt have any except anger.

Many guesses have been guessed and nobody knows. What we do know is that she has answered questions to the police and family's satisfaction. They all say that people need to leave her alone.
20/20 Made some assumptions and ran with some rumors as facts. There is one place where they got all of their good info from and there was also a lot of stuff thrown in to create drama. We don't need to see 5 clips of the same crying girl, almost unable to get her words out.
The truth is in here:
affidavit.

Has it come out whether that was her bedroom or not? I know initially we were told her room was on the first floor but he obviously had stalked the roommates to some extent before the murders. So my question would be whether he thought someone lived in that room or not.
I believe that he didn’t expect her to be in there (and didn’t see her when she opened the door)

She was moved out of the house and simply visiting that weekend which would jeopardize the Gonclaves being the main target story. Unless he somehow knew she was back in town maybe via social media as believe there were pictures from that day of all the girls together.
There were posts earlier that day on social media including the widely circulated ones with the roommates and Ethan all together. I would also think there were more with Kaylee purchasing her car that day and then also possibly that night while out and while trying to call ex. You could see her taking pics at least in food truck video.
I don’t think it was planned for that night. He may have thought he could plan the perfect murder and had stalked one or more of the roommates, but something triggered it to happen that night. It wasn’t necessarily Kaylee’s last weekend with roommates. Even if she didn’t have any final exams or other required coursework Kaylee would have been back for her graduation, but I guess that would mean more uncertainty on her plans and more people around house, at college, and in town.
If Kaylee alone targeted and others required or opportunistic I am not sure how dog being shut in her room works in or why go through house to kill Xana and Ethan instead of just leaving back out the patio door after coming downstairs from 3rd floor.
It could go to social media posts again showing what room she was in, but even if Kaylee locked dog in her old bedroom before falling asleep you would think killer would go there first if she was target unless he knew which room she was in or went to Madison’s first. Even if not overly aggressive or protective the still young dog would have been inquisitive and possibly feeling left out and taken opportunity to bolt to Madison’s room. It is possible outside of Kaylee’s door killer could turn back and be able to see both asleep in Madison’s room, but how easily probably depends on placement of bed and lighting.
With Xana the killer might have come downstairs when Xana was putting food delivered away and made her go back to her room, but if not then he passed up leaving house to go to that room to kill her specifically.
Its a little easier with the little we know to just think he killed who he found in each room of his targets - Madison and Xana than Kaylee being main target.
I feel like he wanted to kill several if not as many roommates as he could not just one (with maybe Kaylee returning & posting pics again with them together triggering need to happen that night or maybe Kaylee and dog being there unplanned for), but it started to get noisy and was in house longer than expected and then left without seeing Dylan including possibly thinking her room was empty in first place, unsure at that point who could all be also be in room with Dylan and awake or if cops on the way, or just not caring at that point with need to kill gone with main focus already killed or satiated just enough to realize he needed to get out. If he did want to kill more I wonder if he got pissed when was in back area a little after 9am and didn’t see any activity.

It’s disturbing to imagine the pain and fear these people went through.

Why do you say that?
I think he is involved, but I don think he actually committed the murder.. why is there a defendant #2 listed on the court papers?? Why was there no blood in the car? How does the girl (roommate) see him close enough to see his eyebrows and not say he was covered in blood?? Why does she just go back in her room and go to sleep and not call the cops?? Much much more to this case than what is out there… Zero evidence even puts him at the house but one speck of DNA on the knife case.. cellphone data shows him in the area (headed to and away), but never actually at the house…. How is there no dna under any of the victims fingernails, especially the girl who fought with him…. Unless some concrete evidence comes up he beats this…
