Let's assume it's IBS, now what?
You learn to live with it. As someone else said, IBS is a catch-all thing. You learn what foods set it off and how long your have. Say for example, I know synthetic maple syrup will send me running for a commode 15 minutes after ingesting it. An easy fix is to avoid fake maple syrup.

Just know that having certain health problems is part of life and you gotta convince yourself to fight it and youll be better off in the long run.

I would start by ruling out foods that irritate you and cut them out of your diet. If it's not foods that are causing it maybe look into the emotional side. Do you get nervous a lot?

the fact that you are freaking out about this tells me its 100% in your head. try meditating.

No I was saying i lose weight as soon as i gain it because of the personality. However, you might could add more fats to your diet. And if i smell coffee my sphincter starts acting up. Dont drink much of it.

Just because it's healthy doesn't mean it won't be a trigger for you. Especially some of the "harder" roughage like broccoli, cauliflower, spinach/kale.

I have a relative with Crohn's. Can't eat nuts, corn, beans with a skin, grapes, popcorn. basically anything that is a struggle to digest. She has to puree beans and the like if she wants to eat them. Flares basically shut you down for a few days. Good news is that if you get your meds right and modify your diet (rigidly,) you can keep it in check. She had to have her colon resectioned to get rid of a bad stricture and has done much better since then.

I may have missed something here, but what symptoms are you having?
If this is ibs, it tends to be split into three different types, c, d, and m I think. C is constipation. D is for I will let you guess. And M is for mixed.

You might need psychiatric help as well. I don't even know you and I worry about you.

You're going to have to relax that with IBS. You have to up the carbs to settle your bowels. I've heard white rice is essential.
Everyone I've know with it put on about 15 or so pounds at first but then leveled out and were ok. Just don't buy any new clothes for a month or two and you'll be just fine.

Control is an illusion.

This is what I used. Be aware, this stuff is expensive. With insurance, I believe we paid somewhere close to $100 for the two doses.

Sounds awesome. Do you own the company you work for or do you just pretend you do? You really need to try to relax and enjoy life. Don't go down as some dude grasping too tightly to someone else's dreams with a trail of diarrhea coming out of you khakis.
ETA: Sorry. I read that as you work 6 days a week. So how is that obsessive need to workout going for you? Maybe you should drink more protein shakes. Save yourself the problem of digesting anything.

Yeah I use to be 225 lbs at 5 10, lost a lot of weight and now I'm 147-150 with 7% body fat. My dr said I need to gain some mass and put on 10-15 lbs
I wonder if that would help

Literally, prepare your anus, OP.

Go to a liquid(soups/broths) two days before prep (at least the day before, no tomato soup at this point). Take the prep until the desired clarity is reached and you're done.
Ask for propofol. That stuff is awesome. Knocks you out quick and you wake up very quickly without feeling groggy.
I have Crohn's. Fun, fun. Best of luck.
