I know y’all mention weather pages on Facebook are usually a no go, but a lot of my friends share posts from “Chad Hayward’s Track the Tropics” and he usually seems pretty reflective of y’all’s opinions. Is he another hype man? Or someone reasonable to follow?

JUST FOR FUN... IF I DID HAVE TO GIVE A WAYYYYY TOO EARLY GUESS ON 98L/ FUTURE HERMINE??? OBVIOUSLY please take this with a grain of salt lol BUT if I had to guess I think the cold front mentioned above comes down and Hermine starts to feel this influence in the Western Caribbean and eventually hooks north over Cuba maybe impacting portions of the Florida Pennisula and the Bahamas... AGAIN... THIS IS JUST A GUESS FOLKS LOL AND THIS FAR OUT I COULD BE COMPLETELY WRONG ?????

this post from him gave me the runs.

John Bel and Teedy are probably on their knees praying that it heads here. John Bel needs the federal money to survive another year, and Teedy needs it to hit NO to take the heat off her.

I refuse to believe this thing comes to LA in the end of September. Sure it can happen and has before but the odds definitely favor a west coast of Florida system.

I know, I know… Rita, Zeta, etc. but still, it’s rare for one to go west in the gulf this late in the year. Statistically speaking, Florida gets hit way more this time of year than LA does.

Too far out to say at this point. It’s just something to keep an eye on. There is certainly a possibility that Orange Beach will not be impacted (other than rough surf), but that’s not certain.
