D.C. is another place where straight guys can crush it with chicks that would be out of their league anywhere else. This is apparently due to the large amount of gay guys.
Went their for a week for a training class for a company I worked for out of college and every night we went out we had IRL 8s or better that would come up to us or buy us drinks. It was a total role reversal and one of the best work trips, or trips in general I've ever had.

I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. In the picture in the OP she is dressed like a lumberjack, has messy hair, and you can't tell what her face looks like too much. It could be that all these things are hiding something. Or it could be that she doesn't know how to present herself, and she's actually an average to ok looking chick. She's definitely got the crazy though.
