I would love to live in Phoenix/Scottdale area esp as a golfer. Been to Scottdale a few times and thought it was awesome.

I lived in El Segundo, CA after living all over the country.

Got tired of the bullagit, liquidated everything and moved to the middle of nowhere SE Oklahoma on a bunch of land. I really enjoy the peace and quiet and I can do whatever I want. No county inspections or building permits, no neighbors. I can travel wherever I want, but it's a perfect home base.
