I suck at my job.

I’m a fry maker. I suck at it. I always forget to put salt on it and I undercook them so it’s like your eating a raw potato. I feel like my brain is a potato near the end of the day.

Anyway, I really really fricked up today prepping the fries.just they came out horrible. It’s entirely possible that I may be let go once the horrible yelp reviews of my Burger King comes in tomorrow. They are short handed right now so maybe not. But if not, I’m not sure what to do. I strongly feel like I can’t be a fry maker anymore. I want to have an honest heart to heart with my night shift manager. And tell them something. I don’t know what. Other than quitting which is stupid or finding another job which takes time, I feel a lot of bad fries in the future. Maybe come to an understanding of some sorts. Like “hey, neither of us are happy in the current circumstances and each of us are limited in what we can do realistically. Let’s come up with a plan that will make less friction going forward.”
