Quick review.....he stated truthfully who he was. Didn't matter. Asked to see a warrant....no warrant shown.
Told to get out of the car....I can understand his hesitation after the previous exchanges.
Cops fricked up.

I figure he didn't have it on him at the time, which is why he said call his parole officer. He was at home. It's reasonable to think his wallet was inside.

I feel like some of yall are just completely ignoring that Patrick looks a lot like Michael (not saying that just because they're black), and lived at the same address. When Patrick says "ummmm ..... patrick" I;d be skeptical of that as an officer. If this had just happened to some random kid, I'd agree with yall a lot more. But that's not the case. The context matters.
