First, my cans are big enough to dissuade all but the largest of dog breeds from having an interest.

Second, even small animals will get in garbage bags placed on the street. What kind of trashy people are you?

Third, my garbage collection service employs the use of trucks with hydraulic arms for lifting said cans. It is far more cost effective than paying to staff each truck with three employees.

I guess this is a reason in those places. Here we just have a couple dudes that jump off the back and toss em in.

Did you really think someone manually lifts those what are they like 95 gallon freaking trash cans? Things weigh like 100lbs sometimes

We use the cans so we don't have bags of trash sitting around the 100 degree garage waiting for pickup, stinking up the place.
