For every decent show, there are 15 awful ones.

That's always been the model for television. Netflix is no different. They all throw a bunch of mostly shite at the wall and see what sticks.

Ozark season 3 was great

My mother is actually from the Ozarks area of Missouri. It's an underrated part of the country imo.

This might be an unpopular opinion but I think Netflix original content fricking blows

Some of the documentary stuff is good. I liked season one of Ozark also and the first couple seasons of House of Cards was okay. Beyond that, woof

ETA: Also forgot Narcos somehow. That’s probably my favorite. For all the content they put out though and the resources they now have I just find it very underwhelming overall

Much of the content for all networks is made by independent production houses and sold to the highest bidder or made on contract.

Netflix content is no different. If Stranger Things wasn’t on Netflix, it would be somewhere else.

The Adam Sandler uncut gems movie is terrible but "the wrong Missy" was surprisingly funny

Really wish they wouldn’t have cancelled Norm Macdonald’s show. I like The Ranch and F is For Family.

I'm probably in the minority here but I can't watch a show that's all in subtitles or where the words don't match the mouth movements.

Honestly, he doesn’t need it. Norm just needs to do his podcast again. Norm just needs to get his shite together, which is a big ask for him.

You;re a few years behind the Movie and TV Board. The majority of those cats cut the cord, except for Momma's HBO password, three or four years ago. There are more threads about Netflix shows than any other TV on it. It's been that way for a couple of years.

Come slum with us some time.
