You're thinking of the English Bulldog. I'm talking about the American Bulldog. Probably only needs a bath whenever you can't stand the smell, and they are generally considered one of the healthiest breeds.

The don't call GSP's Velcro dogs for nothing. Mine is attached to me. If she isn't hunting, she is curled up next to me and my wife. If something is suspicious to her, she is on guard. She even brings presents of dead squirrels back to us.

She is so loyal that she is overprotective though.
Any dog not in her pack is an enemy...so I can't bring her anywhere.

I know labs arettypically sweet and all but they're almost all completely retarded until they're 3 years old. I couldn't do it.

My female is awesome. In fact, every time the Saints or Tigers score a TD she has to give me a hug and a kiss. Funniest thing ever.

Yeah American Bulldogs are great. Rescued a deaf one from the SPCA a while back in order to find it a home. They were struggling to get her down the hall to put her to sleep. Not on my watch mfers.
