Getting a new dog and I want it to be the absolute most loyal dog on the planet. But I don't know which breed that is. My current dog is a shitass who will switch allegiance based on who is feeding her.

I mean, any dog will be loyal if you raise them right. But, there are breeds known for their loyalty. It amazes me more southern guys don't like the American Bulldog. It is THE dog of the South. And they are loyal to the death.

Just go to the pound. Those muts are just happy to be alive.

Border Collie comes to mind- lots of energy though. Don't get one if you don't have the space for it.

Breed is subjective. Loyalty chances are gender based. Females are never loyal, and that's a good rule of thumb for all mammal species.

I've got a mutt rescue dog who you could probably beat within an inch of her life and she'd still snuggle up to you the moment you put the bat down. She's 75 lbs and thinks she's a lap dog.

Really though, just go to the animal shelter, they always have dogs that need good homes, and if you raise them right they will all be loyal.
