Have you considered that the red, shiny, long bump is probably your dick?

That’s probably a hernia if it hurts to get up and down. You should definitely go to the doctor

Tell your boyfriend to pull out and see if the bump goes away.

Only on the OT can you find...

"Hey something is really wrong with my dick. It hurts a lot. Should I go see a Dr?"

I’m a little fricked up and gonna sip on some more bourbon, so this is funny.

I had a threesome during my third year of college. It was FFM, so essentially the peak of my life. A month later my left nut started hurting...a bit of a throb. Long story short, they tested me for testicular cancer and it ended up being a cyst on my ball. The nurse who rubbed ultrasound on it was hot AF. A fine and busty Latin piece.

I’m good to go. Sorry for the OP. Get it checked out and hope the nurse is fine. Idk. Gonna refill the glass

Go see a female Urologist. While you’re there , might as well get the finger . They’re the best at it

Sounds like a hernia. My brother ignored his until he ended up with a part of his intestines in his nutsack. You should avoid that...the surgery was apparently not very pleasant.
