I need some advice (Please be serious)

For about 4 weeks now, I've had some sort of red, shiny, long bump in the area above my dick. I don't think it's a cyst or an ingrown hair. It doesn't hurt a ton, but it really hurts when I sit down or stand up.
I've been avoiding going to the doctor because it might just be a normal bump.
I'm coming here as a last resort. I've tried googling it and I can't find anything that matches the description.
Does anyone have any clue about this?
