Haahahaha...

This guy is a pussy.

Yes, Austin is expensive, but did this idiot not do any kind of research before making the move? All of that shite didn't magically appear after he moved.

A lot of the other shite is just this guy being a bitch.

made that joke before reading the article but that’s literally one of his points.

I know, but that's also why I laughed. It's a ridiculous statement from him.

Please spread this story. Austin and central Texas are so horrible. I don’t know how anyone can live there? So bad. Don’t move there. Miserable.

I am no fan of the liberal elites taking over Austin, but “ downtown lifestyle, BBQ, football, live music, nice houses, professional opportunity” sounds like a majors selling point for anyone along with less human shite all over like in San Fran.

central Texas is so much worse than Austin. Temple, Belton, Salado, and Waco are still republican and don't have internet.

Our local KKKs are still organizing via telegram. don't move there to escape Austin under any circumstances.

This guy seems almost proud of how little research he conducted before moving his family halfway across the country.

Also, I think this quote sums up the entire ethos of the article:

quote:

Let me get this straight, I uprooted my family, moved across four states, and that's the welcome I get?

I guess CA residents just expect the red carpet to be rolled out for them? Bro just come down and fricking hustle like the rest of us.

I will say he makes a good point about the public spaces, being by mountains and beaches seems dope. But, again, that would've taken like 5 minutes on Google to know what he was getting into in Austin

Didn't read the article but that's not necessary to know this guys bitching points.
I used to travel to CA for work. Most of these douches are as predictable as the sun rise. Loved the scenery out there but didn't care for some of the attitudes. Actually many of the people were ok but running across douche canoes like this guy is far too common. They are truly insufferable when they leave their bubble and pontificate about how virtuous and diverse they are.

When I read an article like that, I realize how the Beta male is a cancer to society.

I mean, CA is superior to TX in so many ways. The politics out here are a disaster, but if you have a good career, it's awesome living here.
