So the OT found the guy named Bubba largely because that bisexual dude (the cool one that is an awesome poster...not that weirdo NavyTiger) knew a guy that knew a guy that knew how to get security footage from a business across the street from the Chimes that caught the trailer being towed down Highland by a black Dodge Ram.

Turns out the Ram was Bubba's. He was using his own profile to sell the stolen goods in the trailer, and his profile also featured the pickup truck and the name of his business. FR33 actually drove by the address listed in Baton Rouge for that business and found the trailer parked at the house in sight.

Someone wrote a song about all of it to the tune of "Edmund Fitzgerald", which I thought was funny but other posters did not. Everyone agreed that Bubba is a world class dipshit with some serious intellectual deficiencies.

Some posters contacted the thief, and he claimed that he didn't steal anything. And that everyone should take it easy on him because he has two kids although he may be behind on child support (that's not confirmed though). Bubba must have figured out that the OT was on to him, so he said he would not engage with the TD investigative team anymore.

Then out of nowhere, TulaneLSU chimed in with a top 10 crimes solved by the OT AND a top 10 ranking of elevators on the LSU campus. This was largely ignored by most, but appreciated by some.

Then came the dick pics that were IM'd to Bubba's dating profile, to which he responded right away with a request to meet in the Coates Hall bathroom. Turns out Bubba is dtf if you are into some weird stuff. But the dick pic was a trap set by the OT! It was a trojan horse designed to force engagement from Bubba, who promptly admitted that he took the trailer and was drunk when he did it (and drove away).

However, the real plot twist came when Bubba turned out to be Jeff Landry's illegitimate son. Chicken was tracked and captured by the Cajun mafia before being brought into the sub-basement of the Louisiana state capitol building for questioning. He requested a lawyer thinking that these guys were cops. Unfortunately these spooks/Cajun mercenaries brought him to the BRAVE cave, where he was tortured by BR's finest until he agreed to take down the thread.

He put up a good fight, but it's up the law now. Thanks for everything you do Chicken! This is an awesome site with yet another crime solved.

As of now, it's not known if Bubba has ever been arrested, but the trailer was returned to the rightful owner, although it was missing some of the stuff inside.

Same. I'd been reading off and on through the day to get caught up. Went to navigate to the next page and got the dreaded "not found"

So he was arrested, the trailer was recovered and power of the rant was proven once again?

Kinda like the teenager and stolen boat caper.
