Last time I went out, I was up until like 10am the next day. That was 2 or 3 weeks ago. Just stop going out for a couple of weeks and you'll be good. I used to get pretty heavy anxiety and ornery if I didn't go out on a Friday or Saturday night. Still do a little bit, but it's more of a cabin fever thing now.
People have always called me an alcoholic, but I am not. I just party hard when I go out. I don't need jesus or AA to not drink. Jesus and AA wouldn't be there to stop me from having another liquor drink once I'm drunk either.
Running away from shite is the easy way out. I've lost a bunch of friends from partying too hard. Most people don't even like going out with me. I am the type of person who doesn't ever run away from a challenge though, and that's what you have right now. I fill that void by filling chick's voids.

As a Catholic, I am still shocked to see how people do not see the above as complete faith lunacy
Screw the jews. Screw the muslims. Really screw the Buddhists and Hindu followers.
The world is much bigger than you think. Christians are a small minority

Had young man like you that worked for me, same story- I gave him the job and chance- 5 years he was clean and worked for me- new wife, new child , new job, new attitude everything new except one thing- he kept a couple of old friends. One day one called and asked him to go LSU basketball game- 15 minutes after the game he is loaded and on drugs- he missed a few days of work without calling, came to see me loaded and told me what happened- made me promise not to loan him money and check on his wife and kid- Now the end of the story
Old friends trumped the new life, lost his wife and kid and job- and overdosed- died way to early.
One thing he would tell you today- get away from old friends, move far away-
I wish the best

I can't help with an employment opportunity, but I commend you for realizing that you need to change your lifestyle and attitude.

I'll be honest with you. Unless you stop the drugs, alcohol and childish self destructive behavior, you are going to end up in the same spot you are currently in.
Now If you are going to stop the dumb shite, moving out of town wouldn't be the worst thing that could happen. Might be a good move, if you could find some good people to hang around and could have a positive influence on your life, unless you manage to frick that up by finding people there that frick around around with drugs and other dumb shite. You can do it, just start new man, get some good people in your life. That is the best thing you could ask for.

Krack is sports on, everywhere you go, there you are. Get and stay clean, make a better you. I did this several years ago and my life improved tremendously. Good luck!

You can always turn to God. He is always there willing to help you and can change your life. It is your choice.

Regardless of all this free, helpful and sure-to-work advice, you will NEVER find lasting peace and
happiness without a right relationship with God, which is achieved only through Jesus Christ.
Don't be deterred by all the negative responses you will see concerning this post. You have tried all the worldly things available to try to find success, peace and happiness. Has it worked? Obviously not, according to your own account of your life.
The bible says 'Seek and you will find." You want answers to your problems? "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these other things will be added unto you."
You have nothing to lose by seeking redemption from God through Jesus Christ. Seek the truth. If it turns out to that Jesus Christ was a phony, then you have lost nothing. According to nonbelievers you will just fade into oblivion when you die.
ON THE OTHER HAND IF JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD AND BECOMES YOUR SAVIOR, YOU HAVE MADE THE SMARTEST DECISION OF YOUR ETERNAL LIFE - FOREVER IS A VERY LONG TIME!
Don't let Rex talk you out of this.
So fricking stupid.

This. It's not for everyone, but it is for anyone. Try it and it may change your life.
