I have a hard deadline of 90 days to find a new job

My position will be eliminated March 31st for a couple of bureaucratic reasons.
I know my company wants to keep me around but they probably can’t make a brand new position for me. My manager keeps saying that I need to make myself so valuable they can’t help but create a new position for me. I don’t know what else I can do though lol, I’m the only one who does what I do and it would take a long time to get other people up to speed?
That leaves trying to find a job elsewhere which I SUCK at.

Are you flexible? Can you get your legs behind your head?

What type of work do you do?

Same here. I just finished school and have been out of work too long. About to give up.

What do you do for a living?

I’m an analyst. Probably more of a business analyst than financial analyst which is what my title is.

Looks like he's got a lot of opportunity in front of him, sounds exciting

Don’t teach anyone how to do your job or if instructed to don’t give them the full instructions how to do so

Good luck dude.
I hope you find something soon.

I feel your stress. On Wednesday, I take over as sole manager, rather than the 2 headed monster we have had for the last 5 years, with the task of doing the same overall output, with less bodies to do it. Owner is monitoring how things go for the next 6 months, to see if I can make us more profitable, or roll the whole thing under.

Jobs are like love, you find them when you least expect it. Just say "frick it" and quit looking, the right job will find you.

When I get in shape, maybe law enforcement. Family background and stuff. Till then, I’m open to anything. I’ve started the interviewing process for a management consulting position in real estate. I also am listed right now my some as a consultant and I know consultants.
I work in financial services now so I’m ok with that.
In the long run though, I have no clue what I want to do, only confidence I can adapt as needed to anything.

Start looking now. Spend as little as possible so you can save money for bills in case you need it. Learn as much as you can at your current position so you can take the knowledge elsewhere, or they can move you to an open spot in the same company.

USAJobs.gov. You won't start out making what you want but it's a foot in the door. I fully expect the infrastructure bill will happen this year so ride the wave.
Resumes for FedGov aren't like normal jobs. In the private sector resumes get you an interview. In FedGov they get you the job. Don't stick to the one page rule, put everything you've ever done down.
