Just get it over with. In a few weeks nobody will remember this crap. Luckily my salary was only cut 8 percent so I'll just ride this out as long as check keeps coming.

My employer has also done similar pay cuts and donated a bunch of money to NAACP. We get weekly reminders like this:

I have a good friend high up in the banking industry (works for one of the 5 largest US-based banks).
He said they’ve lost several folks over these HR hijinks.
High up, effective (according to him) folks that just said “frick this” and walked.
Maybe uber management wanted that? Less overhead.

I read y’all stories and am so thankful that for the most part I have been self employed since I was 12.
