Walk out. Go back to your desk and get back to work. Make them fire you, then collect unemployment if they do.

I got laid off 11 years ago from a good job in engineering, fell into a completely different industry and couldn't be happier.

Yea, if your producing, they're not gonna fire you.
I applied elsewhere and am much happier than I was. Got a pay increase as well

I had to take a short course on that once because I got promoted and had subordinates.
Wasn't bad. Only thing that wasn't obvious was that it's possible for a subordinate to harass their supervisor. I always assumed you could just write them up if they crossed the line.

Question: Why haven't white people been going to courts against these companies. This shite is a clear violation to the anti-discrimination laws we have on the books.
As long as people are willing to sit their and take it, it will keep happening. I am lucky enough to work for an unwoke smaller business, but if anyone tried to force this shite onto myself or children I would be calling attorneys. I guess that's just how I roll, and probably why I have never workded in a big corporation environment to begin with.
