in college I drunkenly pissed in my trash can one night. The next morning, I took the untied bag of piss and tossed it into the trashcan outside. Immediately heard a bunch of hissing from inside the can. Looked in and saw about 5 babies just like OPs, except all drenched in my urine

Take them to LSU vet school. They will be able to help. And if you'd like to keep them until they are grown, I'm sure they can give you supplies and advice to help with that too.
