If you are on food stamps, you shouldn't be allowed to continue to procreate. It already shows you can't support yourself. There shouldn't be an incentive to add chitlins to get more cash.

Try to shut down EBT, and you will get blowback from the large corporate landowner farmers who pretend to be conservative but support the hell out of food stamps.
