I’ve never remembered such a consistently rainy year in New Orleans ever

Every day has rain

Ever day seems dreary

I don’t understand.

More than just the weather can make NOLA feel like living in Seattle.

S. La gets as much or more rain than most of the Northwest.

We just get more rainy days, most of it's very light and doesn't impede activity.

New Orleans is just like Seattle in regards to rain and anarchy. But we have heat, trash piling up, bad roads, failing schools, and culture. So New Orleans wins.

I'll take that over the 10 month summers we have in Tx, seriously considering moving up to the Seattle area

Seattle doesn't typically have torrential downpours like we've been getting.

We ha d a 2 to 3 week stretch not very long ago with no rain. That is almost unheard of in NOLA. Daily showes have always been a thing here

Never do either.

More rainy days with less rain.

Louisiana is less rainy days with more rain.

The only thing similar is the amount of rain for the year.

The whole area just got our first taste of real rain in awhile.

Summer is over.

I wouldn't dare live there. I already left Portland happily.

I'm near the coast. The whole region is gonna get wet this weekend.
