After an OT recommendation, in the event I have to poop in a public restroom, I now do so exclusively in the bathroom in the lobby of a hotel.

The best thing about them is that they have sanitizing cleaner in each stall so you can sanitize the seat before sitting on it. As someone who went through a 3 year stint of repeated staph infections before finally getting rid of it, I appreciate the shite out of that.
