Almost anyone will sell out their ideals for comfort. Its a toxin on society.

Throwing money at the problems rarely work, but that seems to be the bubble dwellers answer to everything.

This isn't the californians though downtown, its the hipster southern progressives that wanted to live somewhere in the south more edgy than Atlanta.

Sumner Co here, too. Been working from home since March 2020 and closest I've gone to Nashville is driving though it to go to CAD's

Doesn't sound like I'm missing much

Shut up and get me a triple frappo latte mocha lattechino and a triple IPA.

I'll be over here shoplifting less than $900 worth of merchandise from a Walgreens and shitting in the street.

Dont believe this. Neither of these states have the infrastructure to support the wants and desires of the locusts.

Trust me when i say that west coast liberals arent satisfied with safe areas, good schools, and low taxes. Its literally not enough for them. They demand to be catered to, hand and foot, and that will simply not happen in these 2 states. They may leave, briefly, but they always go back. Ffs, even Coeur d'alene is a conservative bastion.

We don't have this problem here in Louisiana because nobody wants to move here.

Tennessee is alright. Not as great as the rest of the Bible Belt people make it out to be from the cities to the mountains. I don’t dislike it, I just prefer the Rockies.

Texas can always swing, iirc Carter won TX. Overall TX will be a conservative state for next few decades. I had liberals guaranteeing a Biden and also a Hillary win there, nope. TX may slowly go purple, I think Florida gets stronger red, and GA will stay slightly red even though it went blue 2020, just like TX for Carter. I also believe PA, WI, MI will stay purple and maybe go slight red in the future.

I know of 3 families who have moved to Tennessee from the west (Cali, Arizona and Utah)in the last 12-18 months. They are all conservative and one is MAGA AF.

I'm just musing out loud here and not really looking for a reply but I often wonder if enough people are leaving blue states to turn red states blue, shouldn't the states they left from start trending red?

No, they left behind a legacy of mail in voting which will be abused to keep the state red.
