Never knew so many people were angry about tumblers...

Maybe I don't want to buy bottled water every day or cases every week.

I enjoy being able to fill mine up 3-4 times per day at work.

Also great to have in the truck while running errands.

You can get a good one for like $9 at Wal-Mart so even if you're poor you can still have one.

No reason to be angry.

I'm in outside sales and dont have access to a water fountain or refrigerator most of the day. I can keep my tumblers in my car and have ice all day and just add water as needed

I don't have one. I actually use a microwaveable "tumbler" so I can heat instant coffee throughout the day.

I don't care what people have but I'm just not hoping on the bandwagon. Tumblers became super trendy when yeti started making them. Yeti built a solid fanbase. Can't hate. Capitalism at its finest.

Only a dandy totes around a tumbler for his drinking water. Real men carry it in gallon milk jug.

Hey tex.

I have a tumbler but I DON'T use it for water. I use it for soda or alcoholic beverages, especially during the summer. For water I reuse Kroger water bottles and refill them at the water fountain. Hope this answers your question

Don't need one. My car has a cup holder that heats and cools my cups.

Agreed. Just another dumb fad imo. And with all fads, you'll have goobers justifying the necessity of said fad even though we've lived 2000 years without it and humanity will continue 2000+ more after it fades

Not only that, but I can put my coffee cup anywhere in the morning without worrying about heat damage

Because they filled it with ice first thing in the morning, and it's still in there.

And that would make sense, but nope nothing but tap water in it

I don't understand it too much either. I've had one for a year and used it once

I've got 4 or 5. I use them all day every day. For football I throw two beers in there and don't have to get up until halftime.

I take one to work every morning. At lunch I usually get a different drink then at the end of the day my drink from the morning is still cold.

At night I fill it before bed and it's still cold in the morning.

I'm with you OP.

Who the frick nurses a coffee or glass of water for hours?

And if you can't finish your cocktail before the ice melts then you should stick to Zima.

ETA: I don't mind if people are just materialistic and want to show off their nice shite, just be honest. It is the label not the practical use you like.

I've gone out drinking before and when the night ended and the next day I wanted to go out again, if I didn't finish my last mixed drink it'll still be iced down ready to go.

I like that

Only one of my tumblers is a yeti. The other 4 don't have a brand name on them.

Get manna double wall stnless bottles. I found em at Sams(or internet). I have a 25 oz. I put ice and water in it and 27 hrs later still had ice & water. I think for hot drinks it's 12 hrs.
half the price of Yeti.

Kinda nostalgic for me. When I was a kid I used to love to drink ice cold water or kool-aid out of a metal cup. Glad the metal tumblers made a comeback as an improved product and as someone noted, you can get them for far less than what Yeti charges.
