But damn are millennials lazy. I work with one and she's either always on her phone or complaining about having to do work that's given to her.

You should grope her awake. It always works.

You're about to get fired for sexual harassment.

How old is she?

Millennials basically encompass anyone from the age of 18 to 40 these days

Early 20's. Hell I'm only in my early 30's but there is a huge generational difference in work ethics imho

The project I am on is mostly millennials running things. It's the older guys that are lazy as hell. I've got an Asphalt foremen who wants to kill me right now, because I'm making him do his job right.

There's plenty of lazy, worthless people in every generation.

You're a millennial retard.

And you just stereotyped quite literally 10s of millions of people because of one girl you work with. Again, retard.

Now why would you go and inject common sense into a perfectly good millennial-bashin' thread?

So you don’t want to perpetuate stereotypes so you do so based on one person you know

It isn't "generational"

It's more than likely just the difference in age

A person in their 30s is going to be more mature and focused than a person in their early 20s, no matter the generation
