Unless you have other reasons than a blood test, I would suggest you have the blood test repeated.

We had an Asian guy in our fraternity that got smashed with half a bud light. While we all played 40 hands he had one 12 ounce taped to his. Wonder if it was the same thing. Apparently it's common in people of East Asian descent.

Nah this doesn't effect my ability to handle alcohol, it just affects (or effects?) the damage that a drink does to my liver and my body.
Hopefully no harm has been done so far - I don't plan on drinking any more save for perhaps a few sips of red wine or champagne at formal occasions or when a "cheers" is deemed absolutely necessary

Well I'm like 75% Swiss/German and 25% Polish from my grandparents but obviously they have their lineages as well, mate. This is from my father's side and his German mother had some Nordic ancestry even though her parents directly immigrated from Germany.

I don't know your age, but your liver regenerates until the age of around ~50. So unless you've done irreperable harm to your liver, just take milk thistle and you should be good.
